Who thinks that Sir Alex Ferguson was right in condemning the actions of the Swansea defender Williams when he kicked the ball on to Van Persie's head??I don't normally agree with Sir Alex, but this time,I do.Thoughts,please.

Condemning the action is fine, but the choice of words was so ridiculously OTT.

Footballs. The new murder weapon of choice for Swansea gangsters?

    So ridiculous it's hilarious.

Maybe in the old days of the rock hard leather balls. But not in today's modern game

The Swansea player deserved to be booked for his petulant behaviour, but Ferguson's rant was nothing short of being ridiculous..And I noticed that he forgot to mention that RVP should have had a red card for his retaliation.

The talking point from the game is this: Ferguson pooped himself as United have let 2 points slip. What Williams did is irrelevent.

RVP did a niggle on the Swansea lad by following through and kicking him with his foot. A ball on the side of the head is everything he deservedd. The reasonable ones on MU board say Fergie off centre with his comments. Probably trying to deflect comments on their perofrmance.

Am I the only one who thinks he didn't actually mean to kick it off his head? If you look close he doesn't look at rvp once and it looks like he was trying to hoof it clear. The funniest part was when Rvp got up full of rage only for chico flores to stick a cheeky boot out and trip him up

If the incident was that bad how come RVP got straight up and, to be honest it wasn't a full on hoof at the ball he just kicked it at his head. Seen it loads of times before and probably see it loads of time in the future, heading the ball normally has been proven to be dangerous so why don't we ban that first and see where we go from there?

Not sure whether he meant to do it! He seemed to slice and had he not have had, would have booted it off his own teamates head!
