The January window opens soon QPR where totally outplayed in most of the match and our striker for the night was Bobby Z. Why not AJ to start ? surely his fitter than BZ or was HR wanting to show TF that once Austin is out we have no one up front! Did JB purposely get sent off against Leicester so he could have Christmas off with his young baby? He knew by kicking that ball was going to get a 2nd yellow.I wouldn't be surprised that HR picked the 1st half squad knowing how we would look (bad) and it worked a treat and with his subs that showed a big improvement (not that they needed much to see an improvement). So I wouldnt be surprised if we spend a little bit more than what we would have thought before this game so maybe this game was all about how we lost the game and how we cope without certain players on the pitch.

No tony knows full well what we need. He will be quite happy to buy himself out of the league.

Do you really believe this? If you do Harold and Joey really must be complete ****s. By the way, the second half improvement wasn't that great.

The only possible reason we could lose to inferior teams like Leicester and Forest.

Do you have Balkan blood coursing through your veins? I do. That's what we love. A good old conspiracy. Nothing ever goes tits up by accident. It's all pre-planned. You've awakened something inside me. I believe you are absolutely right. The trouble is when you try to guess who the Machiavellian mastermind behind it all is. Now if it was my father talking he would have said it was a communist plot. Personally I doubt it. I also doubt that Harold has enough brain cells to come up with such a dastardly scheme. Actually come to think of it wasn't his co-defendant a serb? The plot thickens. I can't even remember his name so I'll just refer to him as the 'other man'. Harold played the idiot card as his defence whereas the other man played the man love card. Amazingly the jury bought both.

MSRANGERS999, not sure if your tongue is in your cheek or not? I thought it but dismissed the idea re the lack of strike power.

If the only way Harry can communicate that to The Board is by that display yesterday then we not the solid outfit I thought we were becoming.

I don't think managers throw games to make points to The Board. At least I hope not!

I agree, laughable. Unfortunately QPR have more than their fair share of online idiots giving us a bad name.

You give me one valid reason why he starts with BZ as opposed to AJ. Surely AJ is 10 times fitter than BZ. Any R's fan I'm sure would have put AJ on in the 1st half rather than BZ. Maybe HR wanted to clearly show that BZ is so inept at his job that if we are left with only one striker through injuries, suspensions etc then we definitely are not going up. HR knows exactly what his doing ,he has said it publicly enough that 'we won't spend big in Jan' which
Im sure is what his been told so what better way than to put players on the pitch who never perform just as the transfer window is about to open!

Bloody Redknapp! Not content with setting Oswald up as the patsy for LBJ and running Diana into an underpass pillar for Phil The Greek, now he's engineering back-to-back woeful defeats on the telly so we can be linked to Defoe and Crouch again.

Defoe and Crouch would struggle with the service Austin gets...

Because BZ is a front target man and AJ is a sly poacher. Perhaps they thought BZ was going to be ok but just did not come together on the night.

We have to acknowledge that we do not know what happens in training and in the tactical discussions for any game. Maybe BZ was desperate for a chance to prove himself? Sadly all he proved is that he is not up for the job as yet.

I am not saying you are wrong - I had the same thought myself but just could not bring myself to believe it.

TF attends many games and already knows what the problems are I am sure.
I sincerely doubt that Harry would throw points a way to show what is needed.

I thought the OP was a joke. Even I don't have that low an opinion of Redknapp.

Had a similar conversation in twitter last night - mostly centered around Zamora's selection. Got no beef with him particularly, but am questioning the injury that Austin had. And why AJ did not start.

Didn't twig about the Barton situation but makes sense. Why didn't he attend the game and show support? Austin did. Should be compulsory in my book- rather than sat eating Xmas leftovers.
