I don't know how many of you read Warnock's Independent column on a Saturday, but he always talks about his family, to the point where you almost feel you know them. He is obviously a family man, but you can also tell from his wife's comments that he isn't always around for them, but none the less they seem very close. I think as well as looking at players contracts and keeping them all happy, Amit and Tony would be very wise to make Warnocks wife a happy lady and do as much as they can for her, because I think we need to try and keep Warnock on longer than he intends to stay. He'll only do this if she and the kids are happy, so let's hope the club treat them in a special way.
Warnock (junior) used to be a Sheffield Utd fan - but now? Weeeell, no really..! Tough on the lad to have to learn diplomacy so early. Nice family.
Thompson has said again that he doesn't like COLIN. I don't mind any of the pundits but I HATE that scouse cu*t. The only reason he don't like COLIN is because he had a go at Benitez around 50 years ago. I've never come across such a biased toss-pot in all my life (QPranger100 excluded of course ). Every season: "Liverpool can win the league". Every season: Liverpool are sh*t. Liverpool lose 4-0: "We were unlucky". How can they keep him on SSN and hold onto their credibility when he keeps on getting it SOOOOOOOO wrong? Rant over.
Am on the Beeb now. AAh there's liitle Dennis Wise! Is it the same clip from Friday Focus above North?
Yeh, front row 2nd from left isn't he, with our Stanley back row, or is it a look alike? Thompson even gets himself out to Norway to participate in Norwegian TV's coverage of weekend PL matches - he must be the most unneutral "expert" they pay probably a fortune to come over.
I met them in Windsor just after the defeat by Bolton, they couldn't have been nicer or more helpful despite quite a few people recognising him, his wife helped my missus line up the photo, a lovely family...
I think they keep him on there so they can all have a good laugh when Liverpool lose. He's unbearable when Liverpool are doing well, but I enjoy him going in to one when they are doing shight. He also redeemed himself a bit by calling his auto biography "stand up pinocchio"
