Amazing how quickly things change, when they beat us 2-0 they looked a decent side with momentum behind them, now the wheels have come off...

Why? He's already proved he can't manage in the PL, so if we went up, wed be looking for a new manager in 9 months time.

I can't see the club doing that because the media would be all over TF if we didn't go up.

3 managers in 6 months, I've had enough of that under tango.

    Absolutely no point.

He's got no transfer window and couldnt motivate the last group we had in the Prem. kicked out of Massive Leeds....

Whats he going to do for us...? He's got no Adel to make him lok good either..!

The fa charged him so I assume they are still gathering evidence. I'm very surprised any team would employ NW with that hanging over his head.

Crystal Palace winger Jason Puncheon apologises to Neil Warnock after Twitter blast

CRYSTAL Palace star Jason Puncheon has apologised to Neil Warnock after comments he made about the ex-Eagles manager on Twitter.

Puncheon blasted Warnock after the media pundit questioned the decision to allow the Eagles winger to take his ill-fated penalty against Tottenham.

But on Tuesday night, Puncheon took to Twitter again, to say sorry for his outburst last month.

He tweeted: "Regarding my tweet about my old gaffer, Neil Warnock I have now heard the full interview and Neil has acknowledged that he wasn't being personal I have apologised to Neil and withdrawn my allegations about him, which I accept were unfounded. We move on."

Warnock's initial comments were made on talkSPORT radio, after Puncheon blazed a penalty high and wide at White Hart Lane on January 11, early in Palace's 2-0 defeat.

The former Palace boss, who signed Puncheon when manager of QPR in 2011, said: "There’s no way I would’ve trusted him with a penalty. You’ve got to have somebody a little bit more cool, and he’s not like that, Jason."

A furious Puncheon responded with a series of tweets, swiftly removed, attacking Warnock, ending with one that read: “Everything else is banter and opinions and as a man I will live with that which is fine but I will not live with his [Warnock's] opinion.”

The former Sheffield United and Notts County manager suggested at the time he may take action against Puncheon for his comments, but it now seems the matter has been settled.

After posting the messages of apology, Puncheon also tweeted a photo of him with Warnock and another man. It is not clear whether the photo was taken recently.

It's just been reported that Warnock is in advanced talks with Forest. I haven't heard that Billy Davies has been sacked but would expect that news to be imminent.

I was thinking of him for this season only, possibly next. He could turn us around enough to get us up - wanted him in a few weeks ago when an automatic was still a possible. He turned us round before when we were heading for League 1, and could do it again. Certainly think we'd have a better chance of getting up this season under him (or under many others to be honest) than Arrry. Colin didn't do so bad for us in the PL either - got us to 9th FFS, which is better than the other 2. But long term I want someone younger - Colin won't be a Manager that much longer if at all.

so Forest now hire Warnock, kick him in june and rehire Davies in July, give him a new 6 -year deal in November, before firing him in January. I can see a pattern forming here.
