    Well that was a bit boring. Neil looks and sounds tired, obviously working hard. Barton deal not yet done. He won't say anything until contracts are signed. Still looking to bring in 4 or 5 before Wednesday. Might have another before the end of the week. Wouldn't be drawn when asked about Scott Parker.

    Played with a very straight bat. Not surprising if negotiations are still going on for Barton. I got the impression that the Parker transfer was still very much on the cards too judging by the non-commital answer to that question.
