last night on 94.9, they were asking him about lack of goals especially at home & he agreed that we must have a rethink & tweek it up a bit more, so to me i can see a new formation against blackburn poss 2 strikers. praised up hh & campbell when they came on against villa so maybe both of them will start ahead of jay? & thought jay should have done better with that header that skimmed off his head. still thought he was right in telling off traore & darren lewis agreed with him & thought it would make him a better player. he seemed very chirpy as usual & will attack teams & not sit back & saying if we go to teams in a defensive mode well get beat anyway so might as well have a go.
Pretty encouraging stuff from Warnock. Good to see him acknowledging the problems in front of goal - looks like a formation change may be on its way - perhaps Derry on to the bench for home games, Bothroyd as well maybe?
Yes, Darren Lewis is making your point, Northolt, that Warnock's treatment of Traore was tailored to the player, and comes after a history of reckless tackles etc at Arsenal. It'll be interesting to see how the player reacts. (Lewis's comment at 23.00 that Fulham must fancy their chances on Sunday on the basis that QPR are stronger at home than away was strange)
