****ing hell even before the kick off and your still belly aching about Del going. SL backed him and can see the ****ing academy and behind the scenes working. As others say get behind him.

Not that this will happen nor do i want micness to be sacked.. yet..

But how can you not want a manager with a "mean bone" in him..with about 5 promotions all with different clubs, he's just the manager to shoot a rather big rocket under our underachieving players..

Don't understand some of our fans..

Pep Guardilola is out of work maybe that's a blessing. I reckon we should try and get him <ok>

McInnes probably gives the players a bollocking as much as any other, they improved no end today simply by putting 2 decent players in where we needed them. And also 2 that are not fully fit!

Lan it baffles me mate, the guy is a master in this division.

I respect everybody's views on here but Del is the tea boy compared to what Neil Warnock has achieved.

I want the best the city possibly could have, and Neil Warnock rates us and our fans he has said this in the past.

Del hopefully will turn it around, but if not and warnock does feel he has no chance to get Leeds back to the big time, which is why he went there, then SL need not look any further if he became availiable.

IF...a big IF....SL decides there is no option but to move on. and IF Warnock was available.....
I would snap anyone's hand off to get him at AG.
I don't like the bloke but he is a very good manager at this level and has done it all.

You cant compare a 60 year old manager with a 40 year old manager with how well they've done as its ****ing stupid to do so!

I agree with Shiny you can't compare someone who has been around for years to someone starting out. Always remember the apprentice could turn out to be the master one day!
Warnock does give out bollockings but that does not mean Del doesn't. The interview by Doc said that Del was having one to one's last weekend probably doing just that sending rockets up players arses. Just that he doesn't mention it or there is no video footage.

Hindsight is a wonderful thing Red we could in 20 years time be thinking ****ing hell that Del was one we should of kept or he could be rubbish. Likewise Warnock could come here and do awfull we don't know.

One thing I do know at the moment a fully fit squad with all the players we have NOW we are ONE player away from a good team. And a couple of improvements a really good team plus a young team

    ...................Heaton............
    Foster....Bates....Fountain...Cunningham
    Adomah...Danns....New DF Midfielder...Anderson
    .................Baldock....Davies...............

Subs, Gerkin, Bryan, J.Wilson, Reid, Woolford, Taylor, Briggs

I know 2 of them are loans but turn them into a full timers could go Briggs instead of Fountaine or Skuse as RB

That leave's us with M.Wilson Pitman Stead Skuse Pearson Elliott Kilkenny all behind the scenes.

I would like that first team.

You only need to see the destruction of Leeds by Watford to see that Warnock couldn't handle the pressure of being our boss. When things go to **** he doesn't react, so he'd sit back and watch the club fall into League 1 before leaving us.

Keef was a 'nice' manager and it doesn't work. Apparently Bryan Robson tried to be one of the lads and we all know how crap he was at management.
I don't want Del to go (yet) but if he did go Warnock and Hollowhead would be amongst my choices as a replacement.
I don't care about their pasts - just our future.

I think that management doesn't matter nearly as much as we make it out to.

We'd be far better with a significant investment in our academy and our facilities. I've said this for the best part of a year, but SL needs to push through with the stadium as quickly as possible. A new home and a brighter future would be the lift that the club so desperately needs.

On the academy front we NEED to have players coming through yearly. Over the past few years our academy output has been woeful, with numerous players struggling to get anywhere near the Football League. Despite me talking it up so much I'd happily give up Ashton Vale it it meant pouring money into our academy. Hell, if we had half of the academy that Liverpool had we'd never need to touch the transfer market again.
