It's stupid to be replacing the manager with 6 games left. And the some people here want to experiment with young players when we are not safe from relegation. I don't like NW but I think Becchio's departure was not his doing or his choice.

You don't get relegated on 52 points. You don't get relegated on the points total we'll have after the next 7 games. We'll win at least one of those through sheer bloody mindedness.

We have dodged a couple of bullets IMO. Di Canio going to Blunderland was a great result for us. Ditto Adkins commiting professional suicide and going to Reading. Now if we can just not sign up McDermott GFH will have made three good choices by default.

Now lets go get Martin O'Neil (like we should have 4 years ago) and start to move forward.

No chance O'Neill will come here. He needs at least £30m to spend and huge wages for players. Colin must go now, get McDermott in this week, let him assess the squad and then give GFH a proper plan for next season. Getting a new manager in June/July is stupid, it gives him very little time to decide on who to keep, and no time to build. Fcuk it, Colin goes now, he is killing the spirit in the club.

If we wait till June, how is a new manager meant to assess the squad? They will all be gone on a months holidays so he won't even see them training. Now is the time for a new man to have a proper look. Of course that might lead to a shopping list which may not be part of the great gfh master plan

Zola given Watford job in July, but possibly a special case as they could rely on loan deals from Udinese and Granada. Regardless of time though, i think it is simply a case we have an average squad and we need a Cardiff like summer if we want to move forward, 6 or 7 quality players signed, no more Green's or Norris', etc.

It is official. If we go down and Millwall qualify for Europe I am going to take elmo to every home game next year on my wifes season ticket... There is no way she will come and watch division 3 whilst Kenny Jackoff and his pub team tour the continennt..
