Didn't Zamora tell Barton after the game he'd love to play for us? If true they would be good signings.

Zamora doesn't get on with Jol - and there are contractual problems with Johnson. Fulham won't offer him the length of contract he's after

Agreed. Would be a nice way of turning the misery of the massacre of Craven Cottage into something positive.

Hard to believe that Fulham would let both go particularly if Johnson keeps banging them in but then again he won't be playing against QPR and Fitz Hall every week.

Zamora fell out with Jol when they were both at Spurs, in fact Jol was the reason Zamora left. The situation with AJ is what Goldhawk says.

I don't see either player remaining their past Summer, a shame really as I still think they are much better than Sa, Ruiz or any other of their strikers.

I can't see Jol lasting beyond the end of last season, he's going to have to build his own squad and these days you don't get the time to do that.

This was in the papers last week so there's possibly some mileage in it. We were supposed to be after Johnson in the summer but he was still coming back from injury and most on here were lukewarm about him, it's fair to say that perception of him has changed a bit!

Yep. Ours is buy the ones that can't get in the first team, so don't think we will get Johnson if he keeps sticking them away.

Zamora is another Bothroyd if you ask me. Highest tally in the premier league is 11 back in 2006, DJ campbell beat that last year with a relegated side. johnson is a good player on form but struggles with injury, so I don't really want either of them if im honest.

If I'm dreaming Drogba will arrive in January, and score a goal per game rest of the season and keep us in the PL.
