I'm very disappointed with several things that are going on at our club at the moment: a. We are doing the majority of our transfer business in the media spotlight. I know TF likes the media but this is crazy. Has to stop IMHO. b. Barton has to be censored with this garbage called twitter. He is doing himself no favours with the fans by taking on NW. MH needs to STOP this right now. We need Barton now more than ever, Why?, because we have nobody else at the moment. No booing him as it will affect the team. Eamons suggestion of singing Anton Paddy etc for Capain will get the message across to him individually.But the Twitter must STOP and now. c. NW is a club legend, but i am growing more and more disappointed with him every day. He has to be censored too. If he has a go at our players, management, owners etc he is just feeding the media reaction. We really don't need this as a club, especially now. I assume that he was well paid off. Surely the club inserted a non-disclosure clause in any final settlement. NW needs to shut up as its becoming embarassing. We all love him, but to one extent Barton is right, NW needs to look in the mirror. We are 18th for a reason. Results and performances were sh1*e. Why?, because NW was out of his depth at this level. Really wish i was home to go to the match tomorrow. I hope you all enjoy it. And when we win, the loud individual roar you will hear will be coming all the way from Lebanon. Brace yourselves guys, we have a monumental 90mins coming up.
Spot on. MH talking about individual players is doing my nut. How on earth is that helping matters? It will only alert other clubs. Barton is fast turning me and many others against him. I wont boo him, but he is not making the right noises at the moment, especially slating NW when he has been poor himself. He is right that NW needs to look in the mirror, but he shouldnt be saying it.
Agree, especially with c. If NW loves the club like he says he does, then why attack the club and undermine our chances of survival yet again?? The guy is close to being back where he was in my mind. An old p***k with a massive chip on his shoulder. Sorry, I only care about the future of the club and NW ain't part of it.
