Currently suffering with bicep tendonitis, just wondering if anyone on here as had it and if Warner's physio could help sort it....thanks in advance

Some sort of tendinitis.

Not sure exactly which but it ****ing hurts, somewhere around my left elbow. Bought a green theraband flex bar. 60 reps a day each of Tyler twists, reverse Tyler twists and folding it in half using my elbow (keeping shoulder and wrist rigid) did a world of good, felt so much better within two weeks. Went bouldering yesterday and nailed a problem with quite a pumpy left hand pull up from a hanging position, ****ed it again.

Lots of rest and push ups help too once it starts to improve.

I have the same problem, I’m unable to play golf now. Let me know if you find a solution

Tbh suffered tendonitis for a period of 2 years .. went for all the physio and it just made it worse .. I train with weights and it seemed everytime the muscles were put under pressure I'd suffer for days after .. even left the gym alone for 6.months but to no avail. The only thing that cured it was a 20 minute operation ... now pain free thankfully. If you are suffering I would suggest you request to see a specialist.

That green Flexbar, seriously. I think a decent long period of rest and using that Flexbar every day is the best solution, but nobody wants to sit on their arse for longer than a few days. I took it easy for a few weeks using the bar and it basically totally cleared (so I thought) but then I overdid it using all my strength on that arm and it just went again. Back to square one but now I know to give it longer before pushing it again.
