Jock Wallace where are you when you're needed?
QPR manager Harry Redknapp said he'd never had a more productive trip for warm weather training than their trip to Dubai in January. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/fo...angers-Dubai-break-turns-into-stag-party.html
Think its a good idea. Any one who thinks they have gone away on a jolly are wrong. Pearson will make them work. A change of scenery to recharge their batteries and some bonding again can only be a good thing, to refocus on the remaining games. They should view it now that they have an 8 game season. 8 cup finals. I'm hoping that this international break has come at the best time possible...and I usually hate them!
I happen to agree Miami - but the next couple of games will define our season and the pressure and tension is going to immense ...
When he took our lot on a warm weather training and team bonding trip, half the squad came back not talking to him. Our goalkeeping coach resigned, one player got sacked, two players were fined two weeks wages and Nigel refused to talk to the press. It was a massive success.
A change is as good as a rest. Get away and take some pressure off them. These 2 weeks need alot of hard work along with something to lift the spirits. Maybe this will do the trick
