    Not TOO much more successful. If we had a little less run in the EFL Trophy we might not have been so knackered at the end!

    Another derby series would be good for STID3 though :)

    I have to say the lack of rage surrounding our managers departure and this faltering takeover is very disappointing. We have a reputation to maintain.

    At least with Sunderland they stick to their guns. They don't get ground down in their pursuit of being the biggest laughing stock in football. They keep going and keep coming up with new ways to embarrass themselves. They are doing it in a modern way too. Look at owner Donald having to quit twitter after he encouraged other mackems to go in on a supporter who asked him to comment on rumours their takeover had stalled.

    Mind secretly Donald was fuming that someone leaked about the takeover stalling due to offer for the club dropping down from 2 curly wurlys to on 1.

    The apathy is great, however, a shout out must go to ACS for his many posts on the subject. Unlike the many fans rooting around the back of the sofa in an attempt to cobble together the sixty five quid required for next season's shirt, he is evidently quite cross! Good work. Perhaps some movement on the camel jockey front will raise the glow from the arctic depths wherein it currently resides...?

    I also find it hilarious their big summer transfer target is one of our youth academy players who was discarded as not good enough. I wish Marcus Maddison well and he's done ok since he left. However its got to be galling that the academy that so many of them have so many negative things to comment on, is going to have produced a player they could be relying on to shoot them out of the division. That's gotta sting.

    We should polish up our 'mackems are still ****ter' shields for when Paul Lambert takes charge of our club on a 10 year deal. I don't trust the fat man to NOT do this.
