    I should have made you exempt from the challenge, on the grounds that you're over qualified.

    And there's no 'fit and proper' persons test that I'd pass.

    Other than the FA's, obviously.

    Stephen Vaughan failed it and had to sell Chester City.

    You can get away with almost anything, but defrauding the revenue out of £500k is apparently a step too far.
