This just in ............. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/f...k-Warburton-set-SACK-one-win-six-matches.html Has he lost the dressing room?
Who's going to come in and improve a top half of the table team with the total sum of **** all to spend?
I'm wondering if they already have a manager lined up for the next season, regardless of where we land. And now they're pushing that plan forwards early?
Bit over the top & he’s don’t quite well considering the budget he’s had to work with, but performances over the the last 3 months have been appalling to watch
His name came up on my whatsapp group chat...free agent at moment as he quit a Russian club because of Ukraine....wouldn't be the worst appointment
Farke yes! Or perhaps we should in on Erik Ten Hag ( pronounced, Any Tea Bag ) before United? Ok, l'm going back to sleep...................
Just posted the same question on the match day thread...If he's gone, back to square one...again...and we've seen that hasn't worked over the past few years. Can't see anything else online, so is this just a rumour?
A real shame if so. I thought we'd moved past this short-termism. He's developed players into saleable assets, got us playing attractive football and competing at the right end of the table. Last few weeks have been highly frustrating, but injuries and AFCON really haven't helped. MW isn't faultless and can't blame injuries on everything, but still seems v harsh to sack him in my book.
Further thought if Warburton has gone, and I still think it's too soon, but one of the criticisms levelled against him was that he wasn't willing to make changes when things weren't going well. He's been very willing to change the line up the last few weeks, and it has only got worse, so not sure where that leaves you other than needing to move on.
