Don't cook them for too long as they can get chewy and it's like eating bubblegum you find under the desk at school. If you don't cook them long enough the middles don't firm up and its like seafood snot. Get it right and they are hard to beat. Not a massive seafood fan but scallops are the business. What other food porn is there? I'd have to get all emotional over calves liver, well cured bacon, onions fried in butter with mushrooms. Makes the mis-treatment of baby cows worth it in every mouthful. Don't beal about the veal!!!
