A trip down the M6 to the home of the Saddlers has ended in a 3-1 defeat in the last two seasons under Messers Brown and Westley. They have lost three players from last season in Paterson, Grigg and Brandy yet this does not seem to have weakened them, they are presently 7th in the league. They appear to have no star players but a good team ethic which has seen them up the table in the last two seasons. Expect us to play more or less the same side that drew at Coventry although the good second half performance in the Cup on Tuesday may make Grayson think differently. Tough game this one.
There you go, easy peasy as the Whites cruise to a 3-0 away win at the Bescot, goals by Byrom, Humphreys and Holmes seal the first win of the season, an injury to Beavon is the only downside clattered by a Walsall defender. Two home games to follow and still unbeaten in the league, should make some of the doubters happy.
Good win against a team with a deecent home record. The LEP site is eerily quiet. The idiots are lost for words...not that they are any good with them anyway!
