Intersting swoop for these two youngsters on loan from Rotherham. We all know what a good player Rowe is from last season and i'm sure most fands will welcome him back. Walker is more risky having featured strongly on the wing for Rotherham's youth team scoring 20 goals and then making a loan move to Barrow last year. A pacey winger that can score goals is an exciting prospect as long as he can cut it at league level. Could be a big threat to Junior Morias' hopes of a start this season
I have revised my thinking on where we would finish this season now we have some new players.I thought mid-table obscurity at best but i'm thinking now of a top ten finish which after last season but the play-offs will be out of our reach but the following season who knows?
2 good signings there - we needed a winger badly as currently only wood and PCH are good enough to start, and playing without width was a big problem last season so this should be a good deal. As for rowe we know how good he is! Gaz has done far better than expected this transfer window, im certainly not expecting any relegation bother this campaign
Are you considering changing your view on Gaz mowgli. This is the first time he has had his own squad so he will have no excuses if it goes wrong.
Not yet Ron,i will wait and see what his team selections and tactics are like first.I have to admit he has made some great signings but if he picks players out of position like last season or leaves better players on the bench while starting with lees skillful players (Kuffour ) then no but i'll give him a fresh start this season and judge him on where we are after a few months.I'd love him to prove me wrong!
