It was advice gained from a lawyer that I was given prior to me pointing it out last week. For the record it wasn’t a legal opinion it is a matter of record and fact.
That's how those pesky lawyers make all the big bucks by all giving differing views...often stated as facts. Whereas it's the actual Judge who decides what is fact...well until another Judge decides what is actually factually correct and so on and so on. My take on it is someone can be sued for libel if the person litigating is well known in the public domain by both their real name (obviously) and their online identity. So for example a Mercedes driving Scotman known to many as both Neil and WJ. Please don't take my opinion as fact and I suggest you seek proper legal advice at your earliest opportunity to avoid any ambiguity. Well until you get to Court of course in which case I refer you back to the above.
Nah, don't have Pay TV. TVs bad enough without having to pay for it. Still, satisfying result for us.
