W.B.A v Watford. Marco Silva´s Hornets could make it four consecutive wins on the road but will have to do without Nathaniel Chalobah, who has to undergo knee surgery. He had previuolsy missed Watford´s last minute victory at Swansea and Capoue played in his vacant midfield position. However, in that game the Frenchman was hauled off at half time, so who knows how Silva will line the team up against Tony Pulis´s Baggies. Kaboul and Prodl will also still be out but I thnik Britos is back after his three game ban for his stupid red. Pereyra could also be in-line for a start after making a substitute appearance against the Swans. W.B.A. have two wins, two losses and two draws to their name in the league and given that those wins were the first two games of the season they will want to get three points against Watford at home. A Watford win to make it four in a row on the road would be marvelous. ¡¡¡COYH COYH COYH!!! ENJOY THE GAME.
Really peed off as just found out that my email for tickets to the guy from n w horns went into his spam box and he never realised and all the follow up emails had gone too... so the upshot is it looks like will not be going
That is gutting. Won't be a classic as West Brom do set up to be solid and tough to beat but maybe another chance of an away win? They are big and physical though which we need to be wary off - different to the other 3 sides we've played on the road who are more footballing sides.
It should be good to see Allan Nyom for WBA. I found him entertaining if not always very reliable. He collected a yellow card against Arsenal at the weekend, and some thought he was lucky to stay on the field.
And they have that animal James McLean, from whom, I suspect, Richarlison will undoubtedly need some protection. Deeney might play the whole game as his minder.
Have a goodun! I think Silva will put Cleverley into the holding mid role and Pereyra into the attacking mid position. Well, either way we´ll see how much Silva rates Capoue...
Michael Oliver to ref the game - I'd rather we don't repeat the 'two penalties' match of two seasons ago, even if HG did save them both...
“The Albion have been the best of the rest for a period now but there is a feeling up here that Watford could take over that berth this season. You look very good.” Matt Wilson, the West Brom reporter at the Express & Star.
Hi all. First Yorkie I hope you get your ticket. We need that extra roar Interesting game I think. Who will the gaffer pick as commented above. I'd like to see Janmaat and Mariappa on from the start. Deeno I like as a replacement but hope he comes on a lot sooner than last time. Bit of a season deciding game in some ways (yup I know early days but it seems that way ). Lose and we could be 10th before two games where points won't be easy to get. And if we lost those we'd be looking nervously below us perhaps just 3 points above the drop . Win and we'd have a little breathing space before those big games. And Arsenal might need to show us greater respect. But I'm going to predict a 1-3 win. Simply because if we score first then they'll have to come at us and that might be an invite Richarlison and Deeno cannot resist . We'll enough of my witterings. I hope everyone enjoys it and that the Lawro factor works as it so often does
