I reckon hes a great player and I'm baffled by this only good for league 1 nonsense, he's another one who I am sure could be a fans favourite given a good run in the side.
Gotta go a long way yet to better what is in front of him at the gate at present. He has a long way to go to convince me he is a startor at the gate.Remember he was part of the old brigade that failed until Cotts arrival.
"Remember he was part of the old brigade that failed until Cotts arrival" Oh What under that fantastic manager you loved so much,, what was his name??
So was half of the squad! I can tell you RR... It wasn't the players that had us in that position, it was the useless fool managing them. I can only think he got the ENG U-19 job by boring the FA into a trance with his drivel!
Sorry I'm not going to vote for this. It was a good goal but goal of the weekend? Surely not. Shouldn't this be won by the person who actually scored the best goal not the one with the biggest fan base?
I'm sure it would be unanimous that Korey Smith will take back his position once fit. That being the case, Pack has proved more than able to provide cover and lessens the need to rush Smith before he is properly recovered. Regards the goal, one he can be proud of but I agree with Loathsneyd
Done and here is the current vote to date.... Marlon Pack (77%, 121 Votes) Bob Harris (13%, 21 Votes) Marcus Maddison (7%, 11 Votes) Devante Cole (3%, 4 Votes) Paul Gallagher (0%, 1 Votes)
If you saw all the goals with no names then maybe, football is very segmented.. management players support support is support your team, and I agree another goal from a different perspective may be deemed better support is to your player/s to do better things, encourage to improve, the accolade of goal of the month could easily lead to even better things
'He has a long way to go to convince me he is a startor at the gate' Not me. He's of a good age, decent in the air, a good presser/tackler, can pass and has an engine. Best of all - he provides balance.
Quite a few times last season he left his man who would then go on to score... Happened a few to many times for my liking. Perhaps in a more confident and attacking team Pack can show us what he's made of. He'll play tomorrow night because I can't see Cotts risking Smith but when Korey is fit. Pack is nowhere near the standard of player he is so I think it may be back to the bench with him. Unless He wants to rest the captain!
'Quite a few times last season he left his man who would then go on to score' I have to agree this is a chink in his armour but he's only young really, he tries the glory pass a little too often and sometimes they don't come off, but I'd rather that than not try at all and then were left with 'no creative midfielders' I should also point out that I don't consider him to be better than Korey, but he seems to be on the verge of whipping boy with some fans and I just can't see it..and we all know I'm right and you're all wrong..
