is anyone else having problems with Virgin email/ media my account is in and out freezing for quite a while sometimes and has a banner that says Authenticity problems, but clicking on the link says ooops this is broken..............
I have just put my business on virgin superfast broadband last month on a five year deal. All good so far.
Mines been stable for a while, its when they mess about with the main servers to try an improve certain domains, they muck up the other ones!
FINALLY GOT AN ANSWER albeit recorded ... apologies 9 my system was transferred to Talk Talk , so its from them, " there is a fault we are working on our broad band system, apologies" please stay on the line for anything else .. voice states please state your response ... cancelation I retort, cancelation? yes say I ..are you moving house? NO so VOICE SAYS we are open 8am to 8pm ... sad that, changing over to VIRGIN HIGH SPEED now
BT / OPENREACH HAVE SERIOUS PROBS IN THE STOCKWOOD AREA .. was on the phone for 2 hours this am to a bloke in SA did well to sort me ..fingers crossed.. but a very slow speed to keep it stable and not drop out or freeze every 2 mins! possibly changing to VIRGIN super fast in a fortnight!
