    Violence after last nights match.

Bet if this was English fans, we'd be banned from the tournament. Russia are only due to hold the 2018 world cup - nice decision by FIFA there:

The media wouldn't let go of it if it was our fans.

    Russia fans in violence shocker.

No surprise. Due to the countries hosting and playing, there is bound to be bother. Wait for Germany's first game in Poland, or the Italians (or indeed English) getting knocked out. It will undoubtedly kick off.

They can't just award the tournament to the swiss every time.

They've been asleep too long, it's time they woke up and smelled the roses.

I fear this will be the first of many examples at this tournament. Just really hope the England fans out there can keep out the way of it all

Seems like the usual foreign inept policing to me, can anyone see any police in this video as this was happening?

I was thinking the same. Wasn't it a Russian fan who ended up going to the help of the steward on the ground? The other stewards weren't even quick to offer any help to him.

I find it kinda funny... We have the Euros in Eastern Europe and the BBC see fit to produce a Panorama documentary showing their sects of antisemitic and Racist factions, which they were absolutely right to do so... but we had a World Cup in South Africa where white farmers and their family's were being hunted and cut to bits resorting to a white genocide in South Africa... I don't remember a documentary where Sol Campbell was urging us "not to go".

I'm sure the genocide of a race has got to be at least of an equally relevant issue as a hatred of foreign immigrants?

We may well get to find out if we are treated differently! I'm not gonna judge other countries because we have a history of this sort of thing ourselves. There will always be trouble makers, they target major tournaments.
