If that was in the UK, UEFA would have great pleasure in dishing out a whopping fine to said club. UEFA (Platini) will always turn a blind eye to what goes on over on the continent, but will always have a gripe at the UK game. Look at the past lot of racism and violence etc, we have first hand experience of that with Napoli.
If the country as a whole was affected - i.e. Spain kicked out of the World Cup and all European competition, you'd quickly find the well behaved majority who stand by and do nothing about the idiots would no longer put up with it and would take responsibility for them. We can't rely on stewards and FIFA to deal with it - so make the fans stand up to it.
