So fellow Canaries - who do we want to win this FA cup tie? In the blue corner we have the noisy neighbours and in the claret and blue the team led by the man suing our fair club.

My vote is for a draw, a replay and lots of cards to tire and weaken both in their (hopefully futile) fight against relegation.

This is an ideal match-up. Irrespective of the outcome there's an opportunity to torment our rivals.

A drab 0-0 draw so they have to play a replay mid week? A few red cards perhaps for Villa to key players?

JWM. You really are talking up another 5:1 scoreline against one of Lambert's teams.

The game against Villa is a nice distraction from the grind of the league and with the run we have been on under MM I can see us being in mid table safety by the time of this game. Lambert will be under far more pressure than we are! <ok>

I wouldn't say no to a straight red for Benteke, he seems by far their most dangerous player.

When do you play them again in the league?

We have the tantalising prospect of relegating them on the 4th May!

They could be down already by then! <laugh> The delicious irony will be that you beat them to send them down!

I seem to be the only one on the Ipswich board who is unexcited about this match, Lambert and Mick in my opinion will both have the same mindset over this encounter. Both fighting relegation from their respective divisions, Lambert to be sure will field a virtual reserve team, and Mick if he has any sense will do the same. If we draw we obviously have to play a nothing match, before an important league match on the Saturday, we do not have the resources for this kind of scenerio. In the past teams have been relegated by going on a good cup run, we have bigger fish to fry.

Ipswich win and then a home tie against them for me ( subject of course to getting past Posh!).

    Cannot beat a derby game.

For this one and only time, I'm rooting for the Binners as it's about time we had a derby.

I also don't see any harm in PL being reminded that we were as good for him as he was for us.
