With the Villa game only a day after the last chance to sign new players in the transfer window would you like to see Sparky stick to our usual line up of late or do you think we will see a host of new faces?

The existing team haven't been doing the business of late (one win in 11 or so games before Wigan) but can a practically brand new first team gel at such short notice?

Villa is quickly followed by Wolves, Blackburn, Fulham, Everton and Bolton - all games where we should be able to get results. It is a very big ask to expect them to work well as a unit in a short space of time.

i expect us to be set up like we were against chelsea
two banks of four and difficult to break down
solid shape and hoping to nick one on the break
0-0 might be a good bet

judging by the injury situation any new player might have to play straight away.

Fitz Hall centre forward ... anyone?

We need to go there thinking we can get a result, and play a team that matches that expectation. That's the only way we are going to stay up.

Personally think we need to blood the new players , assuming they are match fit. If we get anything from Villa park i will be more than happy. I personally think we need to win 5 more games, this is not one i expect us to win , would be happy with a draw. If we nick 3 points then that will set us well on our way....

I think Taiwo and Onuha will both start.

Sparky should blood the new boys. We need to get at Villa expecially after they threw away the game yesterday. They will be lacking confidence and we need to attack that weakness.

I will feel a bit sorry for Hill as I think he has been playing well better than Young anyway

Get them in there, Id much rather they get a chance to gel rather than stick them in the team and we mess up against Wolves.

Onuoha in for Hall and Taiwo in for Hill and Diakite in for Buz

Have a day off mate FFS what are you talking about, Young has probably been our most consistent performer this season

This. Who up front though? Heider, DJ and Bothroyd all injured, could we be seeing Mr Hulse start?

Is Diakite not still in the African Cup? Still, I agree that we should get them in. We don't have the luxury of introducing them gradually, with the next few games so winnable!!

Lets hope he's 1) Signed and 2) Got work permit, registrations both in the UK and from abroad, and 3) is Fit! Then we got to play him surely, otherwise it'll be Mackie, Smith, Macheda or Hulse, if Hulse is in the 25. Game we need to win for me!

Cisse played as sub against Chievo yesterday and laid on their 2nd goal for Klose so we should assume he is match fit...

It would have to be Hulse and maybe Taarabt up front, we have no one else.

Through them in and let them play football.
Villa won't be able to handle it nor would they know what to expect.
You wouldn't be able to plan for that curveball.
