The Boro and Villa games must be won, or it is last chance saloon for some players and manager, don't talk about if this that and this that, 1 win in 15 is appalling, no other striker or player has scored other than Fletcher, why ?, unbelievably Connor whickham must be rated very poor for some reason, but i would give him 60 mins on tuesday and take a chance, i would go for it against the Boro with 3-4-3 and if mcfadden can play get him on in the second half. my starting line up for tuesday is Mig, Bardo, O Shea, Cuella, Gardner, Vaughn, Sebb, MClean, Saha, Whickham, Fletcher. Subs Sess, Mcfadden, Colback, Westwood, Titus. I would say to the players get out there shout orders out at each other, but get at them. And by the way Gardner in midfield and not a defender any more, and sess back in midfield also.
You'll win against Villa, Boro is probably the trickier of the two as they are playing some good stuff at the moment and come into it with less to lose. Plus there's the derby element.
McClean???? he wouldn't even get on the bench for me mate, he's been utter garbage all season and needs to be dropped, he's one dimensional and defenders have him sussed. Drop him and get Saha on with Fletcher and get Vaughan on in midfield cos we are desperate for someone who can pick a pass out or evn just keep hold of the ball.
if you watched the villa match yesterday you will realise we are only the 2nd most boring team on earth. They are absolutely dire.
