The board has been dominated by the news of Kevin Nolan, but are the Villa fans seriously protesting that Mcleish has been appointed?

Deluded much, I heard people saying they wanted Moyes, would Moyes seriously leave well established Everton, with a bright future, for the nut house that is Villa...I even heard one say we should be a top 4 club :O

The fans seem to put way to much pressure on their team, who were in serious danger of relegation 5 seasons ago!!

  2. Couldn't give a ****. Hate Villa, and hope they get relegated.

This. I can't see what problem they have with McLeish though, he's done a decent job wherever he's been as far as I recall.

Moyes would never go to Villa, even though he'd have money to spend they're very likely to finish below Everton next season. Villa will sell Downing and Young this summer so it'll be interesting to see how they cope next season. Villa aren't that attractive a prospect for top managers, they probably wouldn't get anybody better.

One guy on SSN was saying that he would probably get sacked for protesting (as he was a steward) but he didn't care because he 'wus a loyul Villur fan furst nd a stewurd secunnd'. It's so ironic really. They are us two years ago yet they probably think they're superior

I hope he gets the job (if he hasn't already), and conflict tears the club apart and sends them down. Imagine if the match that they got relegated was at St James'?

Haha, yeah I saw him. Isn't stewarding pretty much a part-time ad-hoc job anyway? Presumably he has a full-time job so it wouldn't really matter. Mind you, if he lives in Aston that's probably not the case.
