Alarmingly in such a short space of time it's a completely different side and mentality that's taking the field for Norwich. Gone is the vibrancy and unstinting work ethic from front to back and what's left is a group of players without confidence and direction.
Simply no idea what Hughton's tactics were and seemingly neither did the players.
When you play away at the teams likely to make up the top four, first priority is out graft them and don't let them play, anything that comes after is a bonus.
Norwich simply retreated, played like strangers and no respite was given by the front men who didn't hold the ball up to allow an under the cosh defense to regroup and get some air back in the lungs.
Great credit must go to the vast majority of the travelling faithful to stick it out until the end, when the only passion and commitment from Norwich was shown by those watching on aghast in the South Stand.
Having spent a lot of money preseason,it's unlikely a spree in January will be sanctioned by the Norwich board so the question will be is it time to change now or see how the easier on paper next month unfolds before pressing the panic button.
Horrible time for supporters and hope your fortunes change

    Regards
    PPLF

As always PPLF, on the money. We do seems somewhat rudderless a few too many times, especially away from Carrow Road.

Hull City should have taken the 3 points at the Etihad and would've done with better finishing,Cardiff deserved the 3 they picked up against us and both sides just pressed the ball and stopped us playing, surely that's where Hughton needs to address first

To be fair, we had started to get that side of it right in recent performances against Stoke, Arsenal and Chelsea. No idea why it went so awry against the two Manchester clubs. We dominated Chelsea and pinned them back for more than half an hour and Mourinho admitted he felt uncomfortable with it <ok>
