QUOTE QPR News: Fernandes Refuses Warnock Transfer Funds Well there's a surprise! The Mail are reporting that Tony Fernandes has suddenly got cold feet and is telling Warnock to target loan signings rather than spend any of his cash. The threat of relegation is getting to the big gobbed Malaysian. Just as I predicted, he is proving to be all mouth and trousers. What a shock! Poor gRs will insult me again, but instead they should wake up and smell the Malaysian bullshit. I have warned all along that this guy is not to be trusted and highlighted how little money was actually spent in August. Time will reveal all, but I said from the very beginning that there was probably some sort of dodgy Formula 1 deal between Fernandes and Ecclestone with the best interests of QPR at the very bottom of the priority list. Rangers fans won't acknowledge this but all along I have been concerned for a decent little club who, in the 1970s, won my heart playing a wonderful brand of attacking football. Fernandes is shafting you guys! UNQUOTE Truth or bullshit?
i actually commented on the original article, the guy is obsessed with rangers and is always writing bitter articles about us. my guess is that he doesn't get out much. as for money not being available, i can't see it, can you?
I think it may be wishful thinking on this guy's part, and sorry, I didn't see your original comments. TF doesn't seem the type to pull the rug on the manager (for good commercial reasons if not moral ones). But I suppose he will have one eye on the wages bill, if we should go down again. I think maybe this hammer has assumed this, after the Macheda loan, and made a story out of it
i just wonder whether this is a bitter and twisted west ham who will spout off that "west ham won the world cup in 1966".
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/fo...ake-spending-Neil-Warnock-fears-increase.html here's the mail article it says our budget has been 'reduced' to 20M in january
he just seems too positive not to back neil to keep us up if the money is there, and must realise we will struggle if he doesn't.
Thanks for putting up the article, Skinman. It does really reveal how jaundiced this hammer writer is. There's nothing in the article that's particularly disturbing. TF will run the club like a business so has to look at all possible outcomes come the end of the season.
They can f off. I hate West Ham & everything to do with that gobby club. They are like you're annoying cousin you just don't like and everything they say & do makes me angry. Rant over
