Ok I have to admit it was Vic for me all day but you can't argue with Jacks performance today. 0-0 until Jack came on and then .....

So next game who should start?

Have to say taking into account Vic is not match fit I think I'd go with Jack.

Thought Jack was a little unlucky not to start today given he has impressed hugely since coming into the team.

Would like to see him start more often but it depends on a variety of factors.

Don't think Cork deserved or deserves to be dropped, so him right now.

It'll be up to Victor to stake a claim when he gets a chance (like Jack had to)

I haven't seen anything of the match, other than know the score and who scored the goals. But it seems to me that having a trio of outstanding central midfielders, who can play the immediate link well between the back four and the creative midfield is a desirable condition. I would suggest that all the permutations have worked together well so far, and we have yet to try Cork and VW. It has to come sometime, to cover for when Morgan is injured or suspended. One never knows, Jack and Victor may be a match made in heaven.

Vic and Jack. And Morgan. And Steven. And James. And Harrison.

    We are so lucky. :)

For me it's the player who is fittest and on form, at the moment its Cork but he could pick up and knock and Vic gets back in, it's nice having the issue of decent players to choose from.

They're both great players. They have a different set of abilities and it's up to the manager to determine which one is more suited to the specific game. Or play them both.

Next game is Stoke at home. So Vic for that one I think. I would say all 3, but that doesn't look like happening.

Both are quality but Cork edges it for me at the moment due to his current form and with the fixtures coming up I think it would suit him more. I think Vic is more suited to teams that are going to try and play through us.

I don't think it warrants a "who is better?" sort of question as they both have different attributes and should ultimately be picked on which one best suits the opposition or tactics we are going to use against them. To me that is where we should want to get to across the whole squad. We want to be able to identify the weaknesses in the opposition and be able to bring in players who can best expose them.

So it is not about who is better but rather horses for courses.

A better question would be Cork or Schneiderlin, and on current form, it would be Cork.

I prefer Cork over Wanyama but that's nonsense. Schneiderlin has been in red hot form for four games in a row now.
