I do not want to see a different Manager as we are playing some of the most attractive football for many a year. But we do have a problem with defence and we do ship the same sort of goals over and over. I don't think Lowe is the best person to put that right and I do think he could do with a specialist. Whatever he tries to teach them in training is just not working. As for season being over well that is just as daft as others who were shouting about possible promotion. This is a learning season and we have done quite well at times if not at others. I have never seriously thought we could go up.

I was thinking we have an ex striker as manager and an ex midfielder as assistant. None of our wingbacks are converted full backs.
