We wondered what could go wrong last time and the answer was nothing. Can we hope for a similar outcome this time? Not much to be said for this game except we are on our 195th keeper who has been loaned from Torquay U12's. Okay that's a bit of a lie but it seems right. No idea what to expect given our display at Yeovil on Tuesday. Just wait and see I suppose.
It is the live overseas stream; I will say no more about the legality of accessing it in this country (except it is probably illegal!).
McCormick plays, Threlkeld and Taylor on the bench. If that's so as not to risk their fitness too soon it's a wise move.
Just been reading about Luke being named. Was a bit surprised as nobody was talking about that option before today. Just assumed he was still injured. Not sorry anyway as I still rate him highly enough if others on another site have been giving him a bit of a roasting, Think the break will have done him good. Think Adams will give Threkald and Taylor some pitch time today and agree it's wise not to give them 90 minutes.
Thirty minutes gone. McCormick has dropped a cross but then some minutes later followed that up with a smart double save, the 2nd part of which is being referred to as "world class". Argyle passing well, much better than in the league game and Jervis is proving a handful for the Bradford defence.
Damn it, somewhat against the run of play, Bradford score with a header. McCormick had "no chance" according to the commentary.
Last 5 minutes of the half rather fraught for Argyle - goals change games as the pundits say - but just before the half time whistle, Argyle miss the 5th of a series of decent chances through the first period, all falling to Jervis,
Scoreline not that much of a shock I suppose. Sadly we don't seem to come back once behind so I'm not counting chickens or anything now.
Having said that, it seems that the 3rd may have been deflected and McCormick makes another double save with 5 minutes to go.
