i see that it is reported that Derby County have opened negotiations to sign C. Martin, and that Robbins at Huddersfield wants to do the same with Vaughan. if the Vaughan family situation is stopping him staying with us then the money we get from his sale, together with the little from Martins, will be helpful for us this summer, plus we will know where we stand on the striker front before the window opens. which then gives us time to plan for their replacements.
i believe chris martin is out of contract this summer goldeneadie, so we'll get nothing from that one on vaughn we should at least get our money back as he has had a good (and relatively injury-free for him) season. he wants to move back up t'north
