Must be bad to rule Vardy out He broke 2 bones against Aston Villa. Played on and scored Fell very nastily against Norwich. Played on and still ran his heart out Fell nastily against Watford. Played on and scored. And the back end of last season he had a foot injury and couldnt even walk off the pitch at the end of games because he ran himself into the ground Vardy doesnt give up so i fully expect him to start against Newcastle
I think that if it was a Leicester match on Tuesday he'd be starting and the fact he's pulled out for England is no coincidence so I'd not have any worries at this stage about him playing Saturday as Claudio left him on last week. I do wonder if Woy had anything to do with it though
Can't believe they've called up Lingard to replace him. He's played, what, 5 games for Manchester United?
Just proves that if you play any minuscule amount of time for a top 6 side, your automatically better than anyone else whose already played 12 games.
We're in third right now, they should have called up Joe Dodoo instead! Ryan Mason's been called up now as well, ****ing hell!
Anyone notice that England are playing some nice counter attacking football and playing balls in behind to run onto...perfect for Vardy but of course they couldn't do that when he was playing
Seen it all on the Hull board now. Vardy is crap but Akpom whoever that is deserves to go to the Euros! With a same like that maybe he could go with the cheerleaders!!
... wouldn't get too wound up buddy .. half the time they are merely sprinkling groundbait for AKCJ he enjoys swimming in those waters ... Vardy is currently top of the EPL scoring charts having set a new record for scoring in consecutive games in a single season ... he is scoring for fun against many defenders who will be playing for their countries in France next summer ... Akpom is playing in the Championship against Championship defenders and has only just broken into the England U21 set up ... if he's in France next summer it will be on his holidays ... one for the future perhaps ... if he ever gets to break into the Arsenal first team ... he's certainly not going to be considered for the full England team whilst still on loan at Hull ... that is for sure
.. and trust you to manage to get Leeds into the picture... that would have been around the time you were last in the top flight wouldn't it?
Record chaser Jamie Vardy faces late fitness test ahead of Leicester's game with Newcastle LEICESTER striker Jamie Vardy is facing a race to be fit for his shot at history in Saturday’s trip to Newcastle. “I speak every time with the doctor, the physio, if they tell me he is ok 100%, he plays, if not, I don’t want to risk any player” Claudio Ranieri
Not sure how I mentioned Leeds.... Although, that Jimmy Dunne does have an interesting story. One of the few Daily Mirror articles I can say that about.
