... reports coming through suggesting injury picked up against Watford likely to rule him out for Saturday .... good! ... wrap him in cotton wool!
Shame, it seems Rooney will not play in the first game against Spain, so I was hoping to see Vardy through the middle...
Oh dammnn, guess Rooney or Kane could fill in as central striker seeming everyone's number 1 choice is out
Vardy is out Bittersweet news I want to see him play but dont want him injured for us. Would be a cruel way to end his run
Love the header of this article from the Daily Mail Jamie Vardy denied chance of impressing Real Madrid and Barcelona scouts during friendly in Alicante due to groin problem http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/fo...tml?ITO=1490&ns_mchannel=rss&ns_campaign=1490
He's not in the starting 11: 1 Hart 2 Walker 3 Bertrand 4 Carrick 5 Jones 6 Smalling 7 Lallana 8 Delph 9 Barkley 10 Kane 11 Sterling
How does Jones get in ahead of Stones? Great opportunity to see Stones against top class opposition wasted
I hope he's fit then as there's a good chance of him grabbing a goal against them, that would then beat RVN's record if I am adding up correctly?
... would equal it ... the game to break it would then be Man Utd... but Vardy now holds the record for consecutive goals in a single season anyway. ...
RVN did it over 2 seasons, I don't think it should even be recognised and that's nothing to do with my Man Utd bias. The season starts and and any records should be included in that season to split something over 2 seasons doesn't make sense. I'd love him to break the record as it would be a proper record then instead of this split nonsense.
