I've not seen that incident but how hard can it be to implement properly? Rugby has no problem. You will get the odd weird or contentious decision in rugby but 99% of the time it's right.
There was a similar instant as in the West Ham game when a player went through a Bmouth player the ref pulled out @ straight red which was then overuled by VAR then in the Citeh game a very similar incident @nd nothing
