Damn this sugar tax, aim - "To tackle obesity". NICE!! This is exactly the way we should be handling obesity, taking responsibility from adults and put it on the companies, and now people like me who enjoy a treat every so often are having their freedoms taken away. Reduce freedom to achieve security LOL. God damn this society. Sounds like an over reaction but Vanilla coke was literally one of my favourite things to enjoy on a day off from my diet, now because of fat people not being able to manage their sugar intake, I cannot enjoy my favourite drinks!!! It's now been replace with this ZERO sugar crap which tastes like Medicine. RANT OVER. Enjoy your zero sugar Mango, assholes!!!
I can't drink any zero sugar stuff, it's all rank. So pissed off, would happily pay a bit more if that's what they want?!
I can smuggle you some back from here each time I come - although I understand there are very severe penalties for smuggling coke.
Fat coke etc for me, 2 litres a day at least, and I don't blame one ounce of my 25 stone on it. None of this diet / zero crap.
As long as you are aware of the effects on your health of having over 200g of sugar daily in a drink alone (42 teaspoons of sugar FFS). Type 2 diabetes can **** you up in many, many ways.
Diabetes is the least of my worries, anyway I'm cutting back at 2 litres and I've lost two stone in the last 6 months. I'm nearly down to size Obi.....so cant all be bad..
Who are you again, do I know you? I know we've met but cant quite remember. This senility lark is bad craic I can tell you, i think.....
Clearly the irony of McDonalds charging an extra 5p for full fat is a bit lost on them when you combine it into a grand big mac meal...****ing loons the lot of em. I rarely see kids on their way to/from schools who are not ****ing pouching food whilst they're walking. Vanilla coke is **** by the way.
We can only get zero sugar drinks at all but one shop at the hospital where I work. Even the Subway shop has only zero sugar drinks. Result - I take in 6 bottle packs of orange lucozade and put them in my locker. I'm not obese and have a physical job. On the other hand, obese people are losing limbs from type 2 diabetes, and needing continual money spent on them. We can't afford it anymore.
Not sure if you are joking or not . If you are being serious , be careful . I was on 2 litres a day for about 5 months years ago , it buggered up my stomach lining for life !
