http://www.manutd.com/en/News-And-F...y-and-wants-to-stay-at-manchester-united.aspx Good on him on saying this, we need continuity at this time.
Theres a thread for this http://www.not606.com/showthread.php/253950-Gun-to-the-head But yours is probably less biased
No its not, mines biased, on topic, i'm glad RVP came out and denied these crap rumours about him and Moyes falling out.
Tbf matth what would you expect him to say in an official club interview, his poor form and moody behaviour coincided with Rooney's payrise and from an outsider view he's just angling for a bigger slice of the Utd money cake. But you could be right and he actually passes the ball to Rooney during a game.
Have you even read the statement, i would be cynical if it was any other player but i truly believe RVP.
He didn't threaten to, he tried to. However, our owners put their foot down and told him he wasn't going. He has since been on fire and signed a new contract. Rooney threatened to leave and you paid him more to persuade him to stay not once, not twice but three times!
Why?, he lied through his teeth to Arsenal fans and his manager, so what makes you think he's not capable of doing the same to Utd? Money is all important to players and RVP is no different when it comes to it.
How is it true? RvP spent eight years with Arsenal, he's not been with you guys for two yet. He was captain at Arsenal, its debatable as to whether he is first choice with you. He respects Wenger, it doesn't appear as if he likes Moyes. Man Utd fans used to sign an accusation about him being a rapist, Arsenal fans don't have a song for him any more.
When he joined us he said '' Manchester United breathes football.'' he had respect for Fergie as well.
