Hes having a medical as we speak, 1 year loan is planned. Very significant as the squad is now balanced in terms of homegrown players.

good for the homegrown stuff. Would have preferred Mikel to leave though.

Our only other business could be losing Cech, but it looks like he is staying for now.

Will watch van Ginkel with interest, he came to us with a stellar rating. If he makes a success of things in Milan, then our midfield is settled for next season. Very best of luck to him.

What has happened to Milan?? A decade or so ago they were the Champions of Europe with a stellar collection of wonderful players. It is sad to see their decline, but unlike a certain team in the north, let us all hope this wonderful club can again challenge at the top of European Club tournaments.

Berlusconi happened. You know Milan Athletic Club was originally a cricket team founded by Brits.

They used to be my favourite foreign team back in the day, I would watch them for essien and van ginkel, but I can't bear watching torrres do his best impersonation of a full bodied footballer.

I am pretty sure Nando will do much better than he did for us. After all that 50M pound was the one which made him hopeless.

He will thrive with little to no pressure at Milan.
