Sorry to besmirch this forum with a link to the sun, but they ran an interesting article a few days ago- http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/news/4481881/7-a-goal-City-best-value-for-footie-fan.html. I believe we are the highest placed London club!
Really neat silkship. It's the kind of thing I've been banging on about in other threads. Can't wait for published details about this year's costs, not least for away supporters (looks like a number of clubs are going to break the £50 barrier). Although, not directly related, the figures about payments to Agents will also make interesting reading - noticed Pardew has had a tirade about that today. The Football League have published figures which show that West Ham paid Agents over £4.3m last year, and incredible 20% of the total for all 3 Divisions. http://www.football-league.co.uk/staticFiles/82/b7/0%2c%2c10794~178050%2c00.pdf
That's incredible, Leicester made 9 more signings and spent £1.8m in comparison - WH spent an average of £62500 on contract related transactions, Leicester £22400. Relative to the division, Swindon are almost as bad.
