    This is what Ferguson said. Maybe he is meaning behind the striker in a 433 kind formation in Europe with Park playing central or the left at times depending and Valencia right.

    So a formation like this
    ..............Rooney
    ...............Nani (Drifting left and central and park tucks in when Nani is left)
    Park Scholes Fletcher Valencia
    Evra.......Vidic.....Rio......Rafael
    ..................VDS

    Can't see him playing Scholes and Nani in a formation like that in Europe, unless we're chasing the game. More likely to be Fletcher and Carrick behind Nani to give the usual defensive midfield looking to nick goals on the break.
