    It reminds me a lot of 1984. Movies and books along these lines have a very deep underlying story that many people fail to grasp.

    The Graphic Novel which it was based on is a work of genius but I have'nt seen the film, I doubt it will be a patch on the book though.

    The film is a work of genius, it could be better but it's still easily one of the 10 best of the last decade.

    ...but does that just mean Hollywood is ****e?

    To be fair it is not saying much if a film is in the top 10 of the decade considering the crap we have had. Mostly half assed remakes and stupid romantic comedies, they just do not make movies like they used to.

    Too true, I watched The Philadelphia Story http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0032904/ again last week and I've not seen another film half as funny that's been made since and that's over seventy years old.
