The same poor excuse for an official somehow didn't see 2 defenders behind McDonald when he stuck his flag up ( you know how I would like to finish this sentence ) Having said that we were poor ( but actually much better than last week !!! ) I notice that nobody on ebay bid for hoofball - can't even give it away. I'm surprised you couldn't hear me - the lino did - we had an 'exchange' - I think he might have been a little disappointed at my lack of appreciation of his attributes.* Still I made a few around me laugh - not bad considering what was happening. * cheating is an attribute - isn't it ?
McDonald was offside. As for the lead up to the goal I entirely agree. How you're allowed to take three step towards the ball, then change your mind upon seeing the referee about to flag you, and not be deemed interfering with play is beyond me. He drew one of our defenders; that's interfering with play.
