I am Gilbert Baitson’s southern agent. I have my own company and clients, GB run my auctions and I do private treaty sales down here.
It all works very well as both businesses complement each other. I have particular valuation skills, based on intellectual property and social media.
In the last 12 months, I have sold the assets of a children’s destination play centre, two fabrication companies, a civil engineering co, kitchen refurbishment, 2 plumbers, car dealer, lighting supplier, joinery shop and two builder/developers.
