Boxing Day. It’s Monday. 26th. December. 2022. At Leicester. In the King Power Stadium. In Leicester.

    Kick off at 3pm.

    On Amazon Prime

Question on some peoples lips is “Will James Maddison be playing?”

    If yes, bugger.
If no, then must mean he’s signing for us (or MK Dons seeing as he didn’t play then either)

A game we need to be winning if we want to stay in the European places but they have improved after a very poor start to the season, and don't seem to be making the defensive howlers that were a feature of their early season games.

Still think we will beat them but could be quite a tight game.

A bump in the road is due and this could be it. Like jak says they've improved dramatically .. 4 prem wins on the bounce won well in the cup this week and are at home.

I've seen people sighting this as an easy winnable game, but I'm assuming they don't watch their games and just look at the table and make a conclusion from that alone.

I'd be happy with a draw tbh keeps the run going with Leeds at home soon after.

Tight game finishing Leicester 0 Toon 1 (Maddison own goal from 25 yards out, before handing in a transfer request the next day). You saw it here first. <cheers>

I had an account for the takeover saga and look in transfer windows but other than that it's just full of people that think they own the club and have the key to the city

Really want to be wrong, but can see this being a slip up... 2-1 Leicester.

Let's hope Everton lose if that happens

A hard earned draw is my humble opinion.

Cant see us winning. They are a good team.

Will lose this one. The league is a false position for Leicester. I’d shake hands on a 0-0 draw now.

I think this could be one of our most important games this season. The world cup break means every team has lost their momentum and need to go again. The good thing is we have points in the bag, but if we want to maintain our push for a European place then we need to get the momentum going again as soon as possible.

Agree completely. And I’m not sure it’s going to quite click for us. Still, Leicester had the same issue. We’ll see.

Be very interesting to see if Tielemans or Maddison start. Jan is their last chance for cash for Tielemans and last chance for big money for Maddison

I'd very happily take both, but I bet Leicester now try to hold out until later in the window if we do go in for them.

Wouldn't really matter as they would insert a clause saying neither could play against them.
