http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/art...users-bid-stamp-black-market-drugs-trade.html Will be interesting to see what effect this has on the drug trade in that country. If the outcome is good i.e. a reduction in drug related criminality, more countries might follow suit.
4 American states will possibly legalise its recreational use this month. I think Colorado already has at this point. The ball could appear to be rolling
But you won't see much reduction in drug related crime, the real money is in coke for them boys and I don't see a decriminalization in that anytime soon. It should save police time for having to prosecute people with miniscule amounts and maybe help tax revenues a bit but can't see it going much further than that
Will there be varying strains available? The article says "cannabis cigarettes" then states that people are allowed up to 40g a month (that's an ounce and a half a month - not going to placate certain folk but it's roughly about as much as I've been smoking recently). It's not very clear - I take it the weed is sold non-rolled - I'd hate to be buying pre-rolled silk cut strength biftas.
40g a month, enough for 20 cigarettes? 2gs each? Are you sure? Legalise and regulate the whole lot. People are getting it now anyway and it's created a whole criminal industry.
Lets see overpriced and heavily taxed ****e pre rolled joints. Not going to stop smokers going and getting a bag of there usual stuff. I hate weed wouldn't dream of smoking it these days.
I'm fairly sure I put no where near 2 grams in a joint although I doubt South Americans use tobacco 2 grams still seems a bit excessive. Down Syndrome dailymail.
