Urgent PC/Banner help needed

Hi Chaps,
Just to make you aware Mick is looking to migrate us to a completely different platform for the site.
This will alter the look of things a little but make them more user friendly hopefully.
It will make things look a little better in Safari on the mobile too.
Logins etc... will still be the same but I will need some help for the Toon board.....

We will basically need to redesign the header again so that it fits both on a mobile and on a PC.

I have a bit of info from Mick on this so does anyone fancy a stab at redesigning it?

I'm clueless when it comes to computer stuff like this so can pass messages between you and Mick.

Who fancies a go?
