Any chance some body could spare a couple of hours to advise on tatics and substitutions on match days, all you require is a basic knowledge of the game, or to ease things take your mrs with you ,she could play or do the tactics.

valuable point in the bag thrown away .

    Very good.

You need to stick with it though. this is a transition season and you will be in decent shape for next year.

    Keep the faith people.

Wasn't Oneils fault that John Oshea was like a dog chasing its tail for their first goal or the fact that no one decided it might be a good idea to get goal side of kebe and jump for their second or that Ndayie wasted his chance.

They've beaten WBA and drew with chelsea and have found some momentum. People writing then off as cannon fodder we should be beating easily are sadly mistaken

They beat the craas at sid james too the other day.

We should have won that game yesterday but we should also have played the players that maybe would scored the chances.....like a new £5m striker? DG showed as much attacking intent in the 15 mins he was on than the rest of the team combined for the previous 75.

If we continually don't put our best team out we cant expect to many positive outcomes

If we go 4-4-2 against Arsenal then they'll destroy us. Swansea would have beaten us imo if wed gone 4-4-2 as we contained them well and limited their opportunities. We need to and will employ the same tactics against Arsenal that we did against Man City and Spurs. We'll win or lose depending on which Arsenal show up.

Im still a big fan of 4-4-2 but to play it now you need two quality centre midfielders

I disagree mate. In trying to contain these teams we struggle to even compete (1 shot at home to Swansea isn't a success mate). Instead of trying to contain opposition teams we should have just by-passed the midfield and pumped balls into a big striker up front with sess and Fletcher playing off. It would have totally thrown Swansea instead of they way we did set up which played straight into their hands.

If we sit back with 5 in midfield against Arsenal we will suffer the same fate but if we go with DG and SF up top, Johnson, Sessegnon out wide and N'Diaye and Colback across the middle protecting the back 4 and be more direct and go at Arsenal they will not be so confident. Our midfield is weak so just miss it and theirs out.

Try to match Arsenal and we will lose imo. Shake it up a bit and go for their throats and we will be far better placed to take points.

the point is that at 1-1 the stupid sod for the first time in the game goes two up front , he should have shut up shop and took a good point away from home

This is spot on Cest. Horses for courses. We have no chance of competing with teams who are capable of putting 30 passes together. BECAUSE WE STRUGGLE TO PUT 3 TOGETHER. Next week will be another paint drying afternoon while Aresnal bore(PASS) us to death. But unfortunately they will have goals in them? Change the Frigging system. 2 strikers, 2 wingers , lets try going forward instead of sideways/backwards. Stick 3 centre halves on and get rid of a spare midfielder like Vaughan or Colback who are in the side to do just that. Put it over the top and byepass their NINE MA N MIDFIELD and give them something to think about instead of .....There you go Arsenal, show us what you can do. Prediction 4-5-1 and 0-3.

He's been slaughtered all season for being too defensive and not going for teams by the throat, guess he can never win.

I'd go along with the Sam Allardyce school of football against Arsenal. Our midfield is sh*te and slow so lets bypass them next week.
