We need to go on a very positive run starting ASAP. These players who are not giving 100% want posing in shyte.
I can’t believe we still have players who try it on.

Its poor coaching more than the players.
Just about every pundit is unequivocal about the fact that we have the biggest and best squad ( on paper ).
Also the much vaunted solution that a sergeant major type approach ( train them to exhaustion, public humiliation and shaming of players ) doesn't work any more either. We still get the usual guff of needing a Roy keane type which is laughable. The roy keane type is a cheque book manager. When the money is gone so is the manager and his ideas

Ah yes but we don;t have that cup to distract this season. Meaning less games - meaning less stress and less getting the confidence kicked out of you at Wembley.

As much as I am saying this, I don;t know whether I believe it - I still think we will be up there at the end of the season - when we have everyone fit and can play the game we did against Tranmere using the pace and pressing of Gooch and Watmore (Gooch more pressing than pace mind!) it will make a big difference - Gooch's injury cost us IMO
